Ajwa
Soft, dark and mildly sweet. Grown in Madinah.
Medjool
Large and caramel-sweet; the favourite for gifting.
Safawi and Mabroom
Chewier, less sweet, great value for daily iftar.
Storage
Keep them airtight in a cool place, or in the fridge for up to six months.
